Greetings from Deep Creek Lake!

The air has quietly transitioned to a crisp and cool fall feel over this past weekend.

The leaves have developed beautifully into bright hues of autumn and the lake traffic has slowly downshifted as it does every year after The Art and Wine Festival.

Market Update

Sales have been red hot over the last month with Taylor-Made agents staying booked keeping up with this demand. Here are some helpful stats and information about our September market.  You will see that closed sales and pending sales are up, active listings are down and average days on market is down.  We have seen a good balanced market in 2017 with an average list to sale price ratio around 95%.  There’s still time to find your special slice of heaven at Deep Creek before the snow starts to fly.  If you are financing, it takes approximately 30 days to close and if paying cash it can take as little as 2 weeks.
