“We are encouraged by the reversal from last month, as seen in the modest climb in home sales.” said Maryland REALTORS President, Boyd Campbell. “More importantly, there has been a 4.9 percent increase in homes under contract or pending units,” Campbell added. “This heralds more active home sales through the end of the year.”
