Deep Creek Lake real estate marketing is a hot topic for clients who want to list their home. Reaching the right audience and maximizing exposure is key. As a Taylor-Made sales agent and co-owner, I have access to our in-house services that will effectively highlight your home. Additionally, I have more than twenty years of Deep Creek Lake real estate experience.
My Deep Creek Lake Real Estate Marketing Toolbox
When marketing a listing, there are a variety of ways I insure my client’s property is attractive to buyers. The first step is accurate pricing. I rely on my knowledge of the area. Also, I look at comparable Deep Creek Lake homes and account for the needs of the seller. That combines to determine the best possible listing price.
My Network of Contacts
With over 20 years of experience, I have a vast network of real estate contacts. Your listing might be the perfect home for someone that is already on my radar as a buyer. The relationships that I have built with clients, local agents and area professionals can be very effective in terms of “word of mouth” advertising.
Print Marketing
Immediately after listing a home, “just listed” postcards are designed by our marketing department. Those are distributed to a curated database of potential buyers.
As a company, Taylor-Made produces a real estate brochure with listings. It is distributed throughout the area. Also, listings are advertised monthly the popular local publication The Lakefront. To reach a more local audience, we also run ads with featured listings in The Republican newspaper.
Professional Imagery
One of the perks of Taylor-Made is the in-house marketing department. They are skilled professionals. Four photographers capture your home in its best light. We also have a videographer on staff. Plus, 3D tours give prospective buyers a virtual walk through of your home.
HART for Animals is a very special place to animal lovers in our area. The work that they do has helped countless dogs and cats in Western Maryland. I recently had the opportunity to get involved in a unique real estate situation that will directly benefit HART.

Gallatin Woods is a unique log home community on Lakeshore Drive. The residential home site is 2,556 sq. ft. When you purchase this lot, you can choose from a variety of log home styles. They are designed to coordinate with the beautiful natural environment. Gallatin Woods is “condominiumized”. That allows the area to remain wooded and carefree. Also, you will also have access to community amenities. Those include a stream, pavilion and playground.
